Return & Refund Policy – Zalvoni

1. Eligibility for Returns

Customers may request a return within 7 calendar days from the date of order delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Include original packaging, tags, accessories, and invoices (if applicable)

  • Not show signs of damage caused after delivery

Zalvoni reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products purchased on sale or promotional offers (unless damaged or incorrect)

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Used, washed, altered, or damaged items

  • Products returned without original packaging

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact Zalvoni within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide order details and clear photos of the item

  • Our team will review the request and provide a resolution

Approved claims may qualify for:

  • Product replacement

  • Store credit

  • Full refund (where applicable)

4. Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned product:

  • Refund approval status will be communicated to the customer

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or another agreed method

Shipping fees and service charges may not be refundable unless the issue resulted from Zalvoni’s error.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective product.

  • Zalvoni may arrange return collection where applicable.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will be handled under this Return & Refund Policy.
